EFSA seeks public comments on new food enzyme, 3-Phytase, from Aspergillus niger strain

DSM Food Specialties B.V. submitted studies and scientific data for the authorisation of a new food enzyme, 3-Phytase, from Aspergillus niger strain NPH. EFSA will check the relevance of the data for risk assessment and regulatory compliance. Interested parties are asked to submit comments by the deadline, and relevant contributions will be considered during the scientific assessment. EFSA kept public consultation open until 16 June 2023.
