Ukraine Draft order on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No 1743 "On approval of the Requirements for a written declaration of the conformity of materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and a list of documents confirming the information specified in the declaration" of October 02, 2023. The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 13, 2023 and published on December 19, 2023. The Order entered into force on December 19, 2023 and will be enacted on November 19, 2025.The Order also stipulates that materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs produced before the entry into force of this Order may be in circulation until the expiry date.
