Luxembourg revises regulations on the production and sale of natural mineral water

On December 8, 2022, the Luxembourg Legal Gazette announced the amendments to the regulations on the production and sale of natural mineral water passed on December 2, which will come into effect on December 12, 2022. The main content of the revision is to add new regulations, which allow natural mineral water that meets the requirements of specific physical and chemical indicators to be marked as "suitable for preparing baby food".
