Korea revises Food additive standards

It covers the Use of phthalic acid hydroxypropylmethylcellulose in health functional foods, Improvement of ingredient standards for harmonization with international standards of additives such as steviol glycosides. Maintenance of additives such as calcium silicate and use standards for infant and baby food, Improvement of component specification test methods.
