Minister of Health published one circular for amending, supplementing and repealing a number of legal documents on food safety. The Circular has amendments and supplements to a number of articles as - | for the management of Management and use of food additives | List of food processing aids and guidelines safe use of processing aids in food production and processing |the implementation Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the production and trading of health foods | Regulations on the application of GMP and certification equivalent to Certificate of food safety qualified establishments meeting GMP requirements for imported health protection food | Regulating operations food safety inspection in food production and trading The scope of management of the Ministry of Health | Annulment of a number of legal documents issued by the Minister Health issued To annul all 03 legal documents and partially abolish 02 legal documents legal documents promulgated by the Minister of Health | Transition provisions || In the case of legal documents cited in If this Circular is amended, supplemented or replaced, the written regulations shall apply change, supplement or replace. This Circular takes effect from May 2022.
