The following provisions shall replace Clause 5(1) of the Ministry of Public Health's Notification (No. 394) B.E. 2561 (2018) issued under the Food Act B.E. 2522 and titled ""Food products Required to bear Nutrition Labelling and Guideline Daily Amounts, GDA Labelling"":
1) Nutrition Labelling shall be complied with format and provisions of displaying of nutrition information of attachment No.1 of the Notification of Ministry of Public Health.
2) Food goods that bear the labels described in Clause 3 before the effective date of this notification may continue to be sold for up to three years after the effective date of this notification. After that time, the labeling must reflect the changes outlined in this notice.
3) The effective date of this notice is 180 days after it has been published in the Government Gazette under clause 3
