Regulation on Food Supplement

This Regulation covers:(a) List of active ingredients in food supplements(b)  Registration  and  approval  procedures  of  food  businesses  that  import,  produce, process, and place on the market food supplements,(c) Import, production, processing, advertising, promotion, and placing on the market of food supplements,(d) Approval, traceability, and workplace responsibilities in terms of food supplements,(e)  Provisions  regarding  the  establishment,  working  procedures,  and  principles  of  the Commission on Food Supplements (f) rules on the labeling of food supplements.
