National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to Hold Public Meeting

The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) has announced a public meeting of the full Committee and Subcommittees scheduled from May 16 to May 18, 2023. During the meeting, the Committee will provide updates on the charges related to Cyclospora cayetanensis in produce and Cronobacter spp. in Powdered Infant Formula. Interested individuals are invited by FSIS to submit written comments on these charges regarding Cyclospora cayetanensis in produce and Cronobacter spp. in Powdered Infant Formula. The deadline for comment submission is May 8, 2023.
