FSSAI's Scientific Panel Develops Two Manuals for Sampling and Analysis

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) recently held its 40th meeting on the method of sampling and analysis. During this meeting, the scientific panel of FSSAI successfully developed two crucial manuals aimed at improving food safety standards. These manuals, focusing on "Honey and Other Beehive Products" and "Microbiological Examination of Food and Water," have been made available for public consultation by the FSSAI.
