Under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act, Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) is proposing acceptability of the uses requested to register the technical grade florpyrauxifen-benzyl. Foods containing residues resulting from proposed use are safe to eat, and MRLs are being proposed as a result of this assessment. Florpyrauxifenbenzyl limit in Meat by-products of cattle, goats, horses and sheep is 0.06 ppm. In Root and tuber vegetables (crop group 1); legume vegetables (crop group 6-21); cereal grains (crop group 15-21); oilseeds (crop group 20) (revised); fat and meat of cattle, goats, horses and sheep; hazelnuts, milk it is 0.02 ppm.
