Panama issued draft regulation for chicken eggs

Panama issued draft regulation for chicken eggs for consumption. The purpose of this technical regulation is to establish the characteristics and specifications of quality, safety, packaging and labelling that must be met by chicken eggs (Gallus domesticus), domestic or imported for human consumption, which are offered to the final consumer, the hotel industry and the industry in the country at the time of sale, regardless of their method of production. Final date for comments: May 1, 2023.
