On December 29, 2022, Ukraine adopted Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 2373 notified before in draft G/SPS/N/UKR/183, which approves the specifications for ceramic items meant to come into contact with food. This order entered into force on 2 February 2023 and will fully take effect on 19 November 2025.
