Taiwan announced to amend the allowable standard of pesticide residues

Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan announced to amend "Pesticide Residue Allowance Standard".
The revision includes:
- "Tao Si Song" is prohibited from exporting and selling.
- In order to reduce the risk of dietary exposure, proposal to amend and delete the current tolerance standard for "Tauspine" residues in 10 items including small berries, large berries and custard apple was issued.
Further, buffer supporting regulations for the circulation of agricultural products have been added.
