Release of 'Three New Foods' Catalog and Applicable Food Safety Standards Announced by NHC

The NHC has meticulously organized and compiled a comprehensive catalog of "three new foods" that encompass new food raw materials, new varieties of food additives, and new varieties of food-related products. This catalog includes all the relevant information announced between 2009 and 2021, including the applicable food safety standards. 
The catalogue covers new food raw material food safety indicators including peroxide values, mycotoxins, contaminants and microbial limits. A total of 98 new food raw material varieties, 215 new food additive varieties and 235 new food-related product varieties are compiled in this catalog.
