CODEX provided information about proposed editorial amendment of the Standard for Bananas, Castilla lulo and fresh curry leaves at the TBT Committee meeting

Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetable(CCFFV22) agreed to forward the proposed draft standards to the 45th Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC45) for final adoption, noting that the provisions on food labelling and food additives would be forwarded for endorsement to the Codex Committee on Food Labelling (CCFL) and Codex Committee on Food Additives (CCFA) respectively.|CCFFV22 agreed to forward for adoption by CAC45 the proposed editorial amendment of the Standard for Bananas (CXS 205-1997) to align the Scope of the Standard to correctly reflect the list of varieties covered by its Annex.|CCFFV22 agreed to recommend approval of new works on Castilla lulo and fresh curry leaves by CAC45.
